Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables (websites, apps, etc.) transfers to you, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

7 Warranties and Disclaimers

8 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

• Any claim exceeding the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• By You: You may terminate with written notice as per the project agreement.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we believe your actions may harm our business or reputation.
• Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTPLSOFT LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11 Governing Law
